Kaushiki Raj is a talented Software Engineer currently working as an SDE Intern at Redhat. With a strong background in Mathematics and Computing, Kaushiki is a recent graduate of BIT Mesra, where she earned an Integrated M.S. degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. She has already gained 0.86 years of relevant experience in the industry, having previously worked as an Engage Intern at Microsoft and a Software Engineer Intern at Bluetimber Music Pvt. Ltd. During her time at Microsoft, Kaushiki worked on creating a Microsoft Teams Clone, with features like Video chat and Voice chat, using a tech stack that included Django, ReactJS, Redis, and Celery, as well as Firebase Cloud Messaging. She also has experience working with Azure, having been a part of the Azure Compute team, where she solved an optimization problem and created a validation framework. At Bluetimber Music Pvt. Ltd., Kaushiki integrated no-password signup and login (Whatsapp and Google) and Paypal payment, as well as creating an Admin Panel for the website for SuperUser, Banner Admin, Evaluator, Blog Admin, and other roles. Her end-to-end work on this project demonstrated her ability to take on a variety of responsibilities and manage complex projects. Kaushiki's education history includes a Summer Trainee position at IIT Dhanbad, where she gained valuable experience in the field. She also holds an Intermediate degree in Science from DAV Public School, Koyla Nagar. Kaushiki has a strong technical skill set that includes experience with Azure, Redis, Django, and ReactJS.
