Kaushil Mangaroliya is a highly motivated Software Engineer at Optum, UnitedHealth Group, one of the largest healthcare companies in the world. He is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science at Nirma University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and is expected to graduate in 2022. Kaushil has a keen interest in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Digital Image Processing, and has been actively pursuing knowledge in these fields. He is passionate about implementing Machine Learning algorithms and Deep Learning models, and is also interested in research in these areas. He has worked on a research paper in the field of Digital Image Processing that has been successfully published, and is currently working on developing machine learning solutions using millions of data points to improve healthcare. Before joining Optum, Kaushil worked as a Machine Learning Intern at V360 Technology Inc. for six months. There, he developed a Machine Learning and Deep Learning Pipeline for Automated and Accurate Grading of Diamonds using 360-degree images of diamonds. He developed a CNN-based model architecture that extracts necessary channels from diamond images and learns features that depict the label properties. He also developed an Ensembling based Machine Learning Pipeline to correctly identify closely matched color of diamond. Kaushil is a Director General at the Association of Computer Engineering Students (ACES), where he has gained valuable leadership experience. He is proficient in various technologies such as Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Research Science, Image Processing, and CNN. With 0.86 years of relevant experience, Kaushil is a skilled and dedicated professional who is always eager to learn and grow.
