Kaustav Ghosh is a highly experienced Technical Lead at Amazon Web Services (AWS) with over 10 years of relevant experience in full-stack app development, cloud computing, performant API/Service development, and open-source projects. He is currently working as a Tech Lead for the AWS Amplify Admin, Amplify CLI, and AWS Amplify Console teams, leading critical initiatives across these teams. Kaustav has transitioned back to an IC role in the capacity of a Tech Lead for the AWS Amplify Admin, Amplify CLI, and AWS Amplify Console teams, leading critical initiatives across these teams. He has also led the design and is responsible for the delivery of the Amplify Admin Service at AWS re:Invent 2020. He has also played a key role in scaling the Amplify CLI/Toolchain team, hiring and scaling the team from a 2 person team to a 10 person team in less than a year. Kaustav has a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Santa Clara University. He has also completed his HSC from Sathaye Junior College. He has a strong technical background in AWS, Senior Software Engineer, Web, Software Engineer, UI, CI/CD, Integration, Backend, and Infra. Kaustav is highly skilled in the development of full-stack applications and has a keen interest in cloud computing and open-source projects. He is a talented leader with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and has excellent communication skills.
