Kaustav Sen is an experienced Product Manager specializing in digital strategy and consulting for the Life Sciences and healthcare industry. With over 7 years of relevant experience, he has worked on both B2B and B2C products, utilizing metric measurement and data-driven product management techniques to drive success. Currently, Kaustav is working as a Product Manager at Indegene, where he collaborates with key stakeholders to shape and formulate Product Roadmaps for HCP engagement portals. He is also responsible for managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and overseeing consumer-centric design (UI/UX) and technical architecture. Additionally, he facilitates Agile Project Management ceremonies to build consensus in a cross-functional environment and works with data analytics teams to develop customer journey maps and customer insights. Prior to joining Indegene, Kaustav worked as a Deputy Manager and Associate Manager at HCL, where he honed his skills in Life Sciences and Healthcare business consulting. During his time at HCL, he collaborated with Product Marketing Leads and Product Development Leads to shape and formulate Product Roadmaps for HCP engagement portals. He also worked on cross-functional agile teams to manage product backlogs, define user stories, and oversee consumer-centric design (UI/UX) and technical architecture. Kaustav holds a PGDM in Finance and Financial Management Services from the International Management Institute - IMI and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics and Instrumentation from West Bengal University of Technology. He also completed his secondary education at The Scottish Church Collegiate School. Kaustav's technical skills include product management and UI design.
