Kaustubh Dutta is an Application Developer at Nokia with a passion for exploring new ideas and innovations. He is fascinated by the way technology is evolving and how it is helping humanity move towards achieving an infinite paradise of knowledge. Kaustubh is driven by the motto of "Negating all Negatives" which inspires him to apply his skills for all-around betterment. Currently, he is working as an Intern at Siemens, where he is gaining expertise in Automation Tooling. He is proficient in Softstarters, Plotting & Analysis of Torque-Speed and Speed-Current curves using ABB Prosoft of 110, 160 & 220kW motors, SIEMENS SIMARIS Curves & Tripping Characteristics, SIMOCODE- Dynamic & Powerful Smart Motor Management System, Diesel Generator Sizing, and Capacitor Bank calculations. Before Siemens, Kaustubh completed an Internship at Jio, where he gained Telecom expertise on 4G Cellular Network. He worked on LTE Network Architecture & Frame Structure, Cellular Call Management & Small Cell Planning, OFDM Downlink & SC-FDMA Uplink, Integration of 4G Towers, and Drive Test- Analysis of the Quality of Service (QoS), Coverage & Channel Capacity of RJIO 4G network. Kaustubh has also worked as a Software Engineer at Capgemini (Financial Services SBU), where he focused on Agile & DevOps transformation and Cloud strategy. He was part of the Accelerated Delivery Center (ADC) sub-practice under NextGen Delivery Accelerated Centers, where he transformed the center as per global trendy smart future needs. He is proficient in Git, Java, Spring Framework, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Angular JS, Responsive Web Design, NPM, Yeoman, Gulp, Grunt, Bower, and MySQL. Kaustubh holds a Master's degree in E-Business Technologies from the University of Ottawa, a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from KIIT University, and completed his High School education from St. Xavier's Collegiate School Kolkata. He is proficient in Web, test, ReactJS, Research Scientist, MySQL, Integration, ui, Backend, and infra and has 4.95 years of relevant experience.
