Kaustubh Dixit is a passionate Software Development Engineer with a specialization in Machine Learning products. He is a Computer Science graduate with over 3 years of relevant experience and a diverse skill set. Currently, he works as a Full Stack Developer at wfx - world fashion exchange, where he is responsible for rewriting code in Angular and .NET Core. He has also created a collections page in Angular to showcase fashion designs and constructed an API to add items in the aforementioned collection. Additionally, he is currently building an android app with the mobile development team. Prior to his current role, Kaustubh worked as a Data Engineer and Machine Learning Engineer at taiyō.ai. As a Data Engineer, he led a team of 4 people to develop an automated trading system, devised trading strategies for buy/sell/hold point of equities, containerized components as microservices using Docker, and leveraged multiprocessing + asynchronous paradigm for 30x speedup. As a Machine Learning Engineer, he controlled risk and uncertainty in investment strategy of stocks, collected data via web scraping and stored in Postgres database, engineered features using micro and macro-economic data, built and deployed PyTorch deep learning models for predicting prices, and visualized stock performance using Tableau and PowerBI. Kaustubh's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from SRM University and 12th and 10th from City Montessori School. He has a diverse tech stack that includes Software Engineering, Machine Learning, AngularJS, Data Engineering, Data Science, Neural Networks, Mobile, Docker, Microservices, Python, Android, Deep Learning, Postgres, Pytorch, and Web. Kaustubh's passion for learning and data science combined with his python programming skills have led him to develop an automatic door unlocker for homes using Convolutional Neural Networks.
