Kaustubh Mukhopadhyay is a technology and product consultant, developer, solutions architect, team builder, and servant leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and a never-back-down attitude. He is currently the VP Tech and Product Strategy (Founding Team) at Castler, where he is responsible for mentoring interns and engineers across India and other countries operating in the same role. He continues to interact with sales, training teams, and directly with customers to help win key SaaS sales and renewals. Kaustubh has experience working with EDS, OpenAthens, and other EBSCO databases. He has also worked with a new product, Stacks (part of EBSCO), which helps in creating library and learning interfaces. He acted as a consultant for implementations in various learning institutes, organizations, and corporates, helped design the Solution Architecture, developed various middleware solutions, plugins, and complete standalone applications as required. Kaustubh has shifted development to AWS, following Well-Architected principles, CI/CD workflow, and utilizing various AWS components like Amplify, DynamoDB, Lambda functions, AppSync (GraphQL), Cognito, Pinpoint, etc. He mainly focuses on Javascript-based React, React Native, Redux, Node.js, Express, etc., and Python, PHP-based services (as per project requirements). Prior to his current role, Kaustubh worked as a Senior Engineer at EBSCO Information Services, where he added responsibility for mentoring interns and engineers across India and other countries operating in the same role. He continued interactions with Sales, Training teams, and directly with customers to help win key SaaS sales and renewals. He has also worked as a Software Engineer at Mtree Software, where he developed the Web App module of the project Network Defense Trainer (NDT). Kaustubh holds a PGCBM degree in Business Administration and Management from XLRI and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology. He completed his Class XII from Sardar Patel Vidyalaya. Kaustubh's tech stack includes AWS, Javascript, React Native, Web, CI/CD, PHP, Redux, Mobile, MySQL, Integration, Python, ReactJS, MongoDB, Search, NodeJS, Big Data, QA, ML, Research Scientist, iOS, and UI.
