Kaustubh Pandey is an undergraduate engineering student pursuing a B.Tech. in Information Technology from KIET Group of Institutions Ghaziabad. He is currently working as a Software Engineer I at HashedIn by Deloitte, where he has been able to hone his development and coding skills. Kaustubh is a keen learner who is always interested in learning more about his area of interest. He has a relevant experience of 1.19 years and has worked with companies like Epam Systems and Team ERP. At Epam Systems, he underwent the Pre Education Program (PEP) training, which included 18 online webinars covering beginner level modules with hands-on technical tasks. At Team ERP, he worked on the Education Assessment System (EASy) and Human Resource Management System (HRMS), which are solutions for the administration of educational institutions. He established systems for real-time data sensing and analysis, reducing unnecessary paperwork up to 50% and improving transparency in the organization. He also developed new modules and optimized existing modules to increase the efficiency of the application. He upheld strict security procedures to maintain data confidentiality.
