He has built and led developer relations and community teams, as well as driven high-performing awareness, enablement, and community programs online and via events at Fortune 500 companies such as Sun Microsystems, BEA, and Salesforce. Currently, Kavindra is the VP of Trailblazer Events & Experiences at Salesforce, where he has continued his journey for the last 15 years. He has helped create and grow the Trailblazer community globally and deliver world-class virtual and in-person learning programs & events, such as TrailheadDX, Dreamforce, and Trailblazer broadcasts and events. Kavindra's skills include creating event & program strategies, team building and leadership, cross-functional and cross-cultural skills, program development, innovative problem solving, negotiation & influencing, research & analysis, goal setting and follow-through, process improvement, and delivering world-class event experiences. He speaks Gujarati and is conversational in Dutch. He is also instrumental in leading the India developer strategy, planning, and execution to put Salesforce on the map in India. Kavindra has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of San Francisco.
