Kavindra Sharma is a highly experienced Faculty and Consultant in IT Matters, currently serving as Adjunct Faculty at svkm's narsee monjee institute of management studies (nmims) where he teaches Technology Management in MPSTME. With over 41 years of relevant experience, he is a seasoned professional in the IT industry. Kavindra has an impressive work history, having served in various leadership positions in top companies. He was the Vice President and Global Head of Consulting at L&T Infotech from 2009 onwards, where he led the Consulting division. Prior to that, he served as the Technology Head from 1999 until 2009. He also worked as a GM at Syntel, where he handled multiple projects for clients in Insurance, Telecom, Logistics, etc. He was responsible for leading large delivery teams for AIG, AT&T, Yellow Systems (Logistics) in Mainframe oriented projects. He also led the Technology Services Group to provide a look-ahead in emerging technologies. Kavindra holds a B.E. degree in Electronics & Communication from Shri Govindram Sakesaria Institute of Technology and Science, where he studied from 1974 to 1979. His education background has provided him with a strong foundation in the field.
