Kavirajan Balakrishnan is a highly motivated and experienced IT professional with a passion for programming, invention, innovation, research, robotics, research and development, data science, and product engineering. With over 4 years of experience in software requirement analysis, design, development, quality analyzing, and manual testing, he has brought concepts to real-time products in various stages of the software life cycle. Kavirajan is a quick learner with good interpersonal skills and has also spent 4 years teaching and training students and freshers in challenging environments. Kavirajan has a strong interest in inventing and innovating new things and has worked in various domains such as Tax, Banking, Aviation, Agriculture, and Education. He has experience in web-based development, product development, R&D, and robotics, including toy and humanoid robots, home-made/hand-made drones, and drone R&D, manufacturing, and coding. He has hands-on experience in C, C++, JAVA/J2EE, SQL, PL-SQL, MYSQL, COBOL, web development, embedded programming, and robotics. Currently working as a PhD and Sr. Research Fellow (Research Engineer) at Computational Engineering and Networking, Kavirajan has experience in text data analytics, website management for NLP activities, and organizing Machine Translation in Indian Languages (MTIL) as one of the team members. He has also developed several software tools for confusion matrix evaluation, rule-based machine translation, bilingual online dictionary, numeric translation dictionary, morphology analysis and generation for Tamil language, verb conjugation for Tamil language, noun declension for Tamil language, and learning Tamil characters.
