Kavita Dubey is a Senior Software Developer with over 5 years of experience in the field. She currently works at UKG as a Software Engineer II, where she specializes in robotic process automation (RPA) development. Kavita has worked on several UIPath projects and has hands-on experience with REFramework. She is responsible for solving day-to-day issues that arise while running robotics processes and providing timely resolutions. Additionally, Kavita communicates with clients to understand the processes to be automated and creates estimations for the same, as well as to understand the requirements. Before joining UKG, Kavita worked as a Senior Software Developer at Birlasoft and an Associate Consultant at Atos. Her experience in these roles has helped her develop strong problem-solving and communication skills. Kavita holds a Master of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from RMD Sinhgad School of Engineering, which she completed in 2018. Prior to this, she obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from M.I.T, Aurangabad, and a diploma in Computer Technology from the same institution. She also completed her 10th grade at St. John's High School, Aurangabad.
