Kavya has been involved in the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and has developed and managed customer-driven tailored solutions across diverse industries. Kavya has led high-performing engineering teams and has been responsible for delivering a wide range of products, including E-commerce, Healthcare, Edtech, Finance, and B2B applications hosted on private and public clouds. She has extensive experience in driving organizational change and transformation. Kavya is passionate about building innovative solutions from the ground up, enhancing existing systems for sustainability, or meeting business needs through integrations. She has expertise in product development with cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder communication – Product, Business, and Sales. Currently, Kavya is working as an Engineering Manager at xto10x, where she partners with startups on their journey to transform initial business momentum into at-scale impact and world-class organizations. Prior to xto10x, Kavya worked at L Brands as Lead, Product & Innovation, where she developed world-class multi-million revenue-generating software solutions for Victoria's Secret, PINK Nation, and Bath & Body Works. She was accountable for designing a scalable solution that is flexible, resilient, and modular in nature. Kavya also worked at Practo as Lead, Onboarding & Search, where she led the product and technology team to solve key problems in Field Data Collection for big enterprises. Kavya holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Data Analytics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Punjab Technical University, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Information Technology from Kurukshetra University.
