Kedar Gupte is a highly skilled Associate Architect with over 10 years of relevant experience in the field of data platforms. He is currently working at Myntra, where he is responsible for developing and managing data pipelines. Kedar is a quick learner and has an impressive track record of executing major projects with precision and efficiency. Kedar's previous experience includes working as a Principal Software Engineer at Numerify, where he was part of the platform development team responsible for developing the back-end of meta-data driven applications and data pipelines. At Numerify, Kedar executed several major projects, including batch data pipelines, an application to enable users to map source schema to the warehouse, automating customisation requests of extending new columns, and referencing dimensions to fact tables in snowflake. He also built a streaming pipeline to ingest data from multiple sources and a platform for executing predictive models on data-lake and warehouse. Kedar used programming languages and technologies such as Java, SQL - MySQL and Redshift, Spark, Scala, Kafka, Talend, Eclipse modelling framework, and Amazon web services for executing these projects. Before joining Numerify, Kedar worked as a Member Technical Staff at Oracle, where he was part of the Oracle Business Intelligence team responsible for developing OOTB content for business users. At Oracle, Kedar executed several major projects, including building a POC of predictive analytics dashboard using R-OBIEE library support, automation to list reports using specific set of columns, filters, style, and other criteria for a given application, and building dashboards using OBIEE platform based on functional requirements. Kedar used programming languages and technologies such as Java for automation, R-OBIEE, and OBIEE (Oracle business intelligence enterprise edition) for executing these projects. Kedar has a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
