Kedar Jedhe is a highly motivated and enthusiastic technology professional with over 11 years of experience in building and managing technical QA teams in an agile environment. He has a niche skill of managing people from varied technical backgrounds across the globe to achieve high-quality project deliverables, goals, and deadlines. Kedar has hands-on experience in automation framework design and development, both in-house and open source, and expertise in QA infrastructure optimization. He has a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms and their usage in QA and can build automation solutions in any programming language. Kedar has experience in testing different programmatic advertising domain products, including machine learning, ad server, RTB, header bidding, and DSP integrations. He has managed retail and corporate banking applications' end-to-end testing life cycle at Barclays UK and HSBC. Currently, Kedar is the Director of Quality Assurance at PubMatic, where he is responsible for leading and directing the QA leadership team across products. He is implementing and shaping the test engineering group strategies and processes and driving innovation projects under the test engineering group focused on faster testing and bridging the gaps between dev/qa cycles to achieve on-demand releases. Kedar is responsible for bringing and adopting new tools, CI/CD, and automation framework best practices. He defines vision and strategies for scaling the Test engineering group at PubMatic to support the hyper-growth phase in the internet domain. He is leading a team of 80+ QA automation engineers/SDETs (machine learning/big data/server-side testing-ad server/mobile testing/UI+API). In his past roles at PubMatic, Kedar was the Senior QA Manager and responsible for driving innovation and initiatives focused on "Accelerated on-demand releases with the highest stability." He set up an in-house QA data center and owned the design and development of QA frameworks and processes to support the execution of 50,000 automated test cases every day. Kedar successfully drove the "Automation First Strategy" at PubMatic from the past 3 years, which transformed the QA landscape. He was also the QA Manager and managed a team of 35 automation and manual software QA engineers focused on solving key problems and maintaining the high quality of PubMatic products. Kedar holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the University of Pune and a degree in Science from the National Chemical Laboratory.
