Kedar Pagdhare is an experienced software engineer with a diverse background in multinational organizations and startups. With over 7 years of experience in the software life cycle, Kedar has gained valuable skills in architecture design, feature development, and implementation of various backend technologies. Currently, Kedar works as a Tech Lead at Nykaa, where he oversees the development of the company's engineering projects. Prior to this, he worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Pharmeasy, where he designed and developed features for the logistics backend, including sprinter task-trip management, sprinter tracking, and payments. He also implemented sprinter auto-assignment, which improved the efficiency of the logistics system. Before joining Pharmeasy, Kedar worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Snapdeal, where he developed various features for the communication engine, such as event filtering, rule-based template selection, and user blacklisting. He also designed and developed the reporting server for tracking open and click activities of emails in the Bicon Server Backend. Kedar holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics Engineering from IIT Dhanbad, where he gained a strong foundation in his field of study.
