Keeley Hammond is a highly experienced software engineer with over 12 years of experience in the field. She is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Slack, where she is part of the Electron and Desktop Runtime team. She specializes in React and Node and has a track record of supervising large-scale international projects. Keeley is also a Maintainer on Electron and Co-Director and Open Source Lead for Women Who Code Portland. Her past experience includes working as a Senior Software Engineer at InVision, where she was a full-stack engineer on the InVision Studio runtime and screen design team. She wrote React for front-end UIs and worked in Node/TypeScript for their APIs. Keeley played a key role in shipping Studio for Windows and added app optimizations for Windows users. She was also an active contributor to the Electron core project. Prior to that, Keeley worked as a Software Engineer at InVision, where she was responsible for optimizing their pen tool/vector drawing tool. She worked with their graphics and rendering team and shipped vector graphic export, as well as optimizations for the tool's vector drawing calculations. Keeley also worked on front-end solutions for Studio and API implementations in Node. Keeley holds a Bachelor's Degree from Rochester Institute of Technology, where she studied from 2006 to 2010.
