Keerthana Bhaskar is an experienced Engineer with a passion for software design and development. With a demonstrated history of working and solving problems in the enterprise software development industry, she has become an expert in the field. Currently working as an Operations Manager at Tango Eye, Keerthana has previously held positions such as Chief Operating Officer at Tango Eye and Specialist Engineer at Hewlett Packard. Keerthana has an MS in Software Engineering from VIT University and has been in the industry for 7.44 years. She has a strong technical background with expertise in Computer Vision, Data Science, DevOps, and Software Engineering. Her colleagues know her as a highly creative head who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. But she knows that the client’s business comes first, and she never tries to impose her solutions on others. Instead, she spends a lot of time understanding the business and the audience before architecting the solution. She can (and often does) work well alone, but she’s at her best collaborating with others. Keerthana is truly passionate about her work and always eager to connect with other like-minded people. While she enjoys all aspects of her job, she thinks her favorite stage of a project is working with the client or business unit leader to understand their business objectives. As they go through that collaborative process, the ideas start to flow, and that’s always the fun part.
