Kelly's career experience includes leading initiatives in strategy and operations, optimizing multi-channel messaging, performing integrated market research, developing segmentation models, and digital measurement to improve customer experience in industries as diverse as insurance, telecommunications, and utilities. She is interested in business strategy, data management, data engineering, customer experience, CRM, business intelligence, continuous improvement, market research, data visualization, market analysis, marketing operations, campaign measurement, segmentation, analyzing customer behavior, teamwork, and collaborative working environments. Kelly is a fast learner of new technology, including SQL Server, Power BI, Tableau, UI Path Studio X, SAP Hana ESRI, SAS, SPSS, HTML, Toad, Salesforce, Qualtrics, advanced PC skills, Office 365, SharePoint, Project, Visio, and is currently learning Python. Kelly is currently working as a Supply Chain Analytics Program Manager at Intel, where she defines analytics use cases with stakeholders, writes business requirements and develops dashboards, analyzes data using SQL queries, introduces data governance and quality processes, and facilitates Power BI Community of Practice to improve storytelling and solution sharing. Kelly's past experience includes working as a Data Analyst at Intel, where she led Tableau to Power BI dashboard migration projects with a team of 3 developers and created training and taught Power BI training for Supply Chain. She also worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst at McKesson, where she was a consultant for McKesson Commercial Strategy and Insight via Apex Systems. She created queries and functions in SQL Server and Oracle databases in support of new program launch, developed Tableau dashboards for client and operations reporting, performed ad-hoc analysis with distributed analyst teams, and introduced documentation to analytics process. She wrote business requirements and created a data visualization gallery. Kelly has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, a Bachelor of Science in Communications Technology from Eastern Michigan University, and a Certificate in Microsoft Systems Engineer from Chandler Gilbert Community College. In her free time, Kelly enjoys bicycling and water sports and is an NHL hockey fan.
