Kelsey Dadi is a seasoned Sr. Engineer at Target Corporation with over 11 years of experience in the technology industry. She is a software engineer in the Corporate Systems HR space, working with the Kronos solution. Kelsey recently led the project of a total redesign of Target's organizational and forecasts maps, which required deep learning of the forecasting and scheduling modules of Kronos. She has also developed many WIMs and optimized performance of Oracle database. As the Technology lead over Target's Kronos WFAN implementation, Kelsey oversees all new development, break fix, production issues, stabilizing, and optimization for the environment. This solution is highly customized for Target. In previous roles at Target, Kelsey was a process analysis focusing on resource reporting for executives. Kelsey's past experience includes working as an Instructor at South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, where she taught two sections of introductory programming in C++. Kelsey holds a Master of Science (MS) in Engineering Management and Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computational and Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.
