Currently, he serves as the Director of Software Engineering/Architect at Neustar, where he is responsible for building the next-gen Identity platform as a service (Customer Data Platform). He has extensive experience in developing enterprise applications using various tech stacks like JAVA/Big data/Cloud computing technologies in handling High data volumes with low latency & scalable architectures on OnPremise, AWS and GCP. Kempanna is a proven leader with strong technical and management skills. He is capable of leading and motivating geographically distributed teams to maximize levels of productivity. He has expertise in managing service delivery, mapping requirements of clients, stakeholders, partners, service providers, vendors & business units and acting as a point of contact for delivery. He is a seasoned leader at independently handling multiple projects in parallel involving multiple teams and various stakeholders. Throughout his career, Kempanna has executed various applications with different technology stacks from conceptualization to implementation. He has extensive hands-on experience working in concurrent and low latency systems and has strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with result-oriented approaches. Prior to Neustar, Kempanna served as the Sr Manager Software Engg at Ola, where he was responsible for developing distributed and scalable systems using microservice architecture style. He has worked on data analytics and data visualization and has developed the Application framework, code base setup, Git and Jenkin integration, and dockerization. He has also worked on performance tuning and analysis and has fixed performance bottlenecks in code as well as DB. Kempanna holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree from msrit and has completed his PUC from jss science college. He also attended pjn high school.
