Ken Schultz is a Technical Fellow and Head of Live Video Productions/Streaming at Jack Henry & Associates, a leading provider of technology solutions and payment processing services primarily for the financial services industry. With over three decades of experience in the field, Ken is a seasoned User Experience Manager who has been instrumental in developing enterprise-class applications for banks and credit unions. Ken’s expertise lies in software product management leveraging modern, forward-thinking architectures that meet the needs of a wide range of end-users in the financial sector. He has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Missouri Southern State University. At Jack Henry & Associates, Ken currently heads up the team delivering highly produced live video productions for customer and associate events, summits, and conferences leveraging the latest in digital meeting experiences. In his previous roles at the company, he served as Senior Manager of Software Architecture and User Interface Architecture Manager. As Senior Manager of Software Architecture, Ken provided leadership for user experience architects, customer experience specialists, and software engineers. He also managed an enterprise center of excellence for user experience and user interfaces. Additionally, he created technology roadmaps and vision statements, authored business plans, executive summaries, and proposals, and mentored and coached subordinate management staff. As User Interface Architecture Manager, Ken designed the next-generation UX platform for all Jack Henry product lines, code-named “Xperience,” which is now the face of all Jack Henry products. He also led the development and production rollout of the enterprise-wide UX platform and served as product manager/owner, leading the adoption program/evangelist to product development teams throughout the company. Ken’s tech stack includes product management, UI, integration, and infra. He is an information technology professional with a strong track record of success and a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry.
