Kenil Domadia is an Engineering Lead at Playpower Labs with over 7 years of experience in software engineering. He is passionate about building products that solve human problems. Currently, he is working as a Student Intern at hubilo where he ideated, developed, and completed the analytics module of the product. In his previous role as a Software Engineer at hubilo, Kenil built an analytics dashboard with real-time analytics of user's data using Highcharts and D3. He also implemented auto Google Analytics integration for monitoring websites and emails published through the platform. At Playpower, he built web platforms and HTML5 games for EdTech and Cognitive assessment products with React, Typescript, and Cocos2d-Js. He developed core client-side modules from scratch with high code-quality standards using Typescript. Kenil also developed a scalable SMS, Mail, WhatsApp scheduling and sending engine using DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, Twilio from scratch. Kenil reduced page loading time to <5 sec by client-side bundle optimization, applying assets compression hosted on S3/Cloudfront, and using other advanced debugging techniques in Chrome. He developed custom CLI for locally building/running monorepo code using node and webpack from scratch. Later, he optimized incremental build time by 40%. Kenil ideated and built a chrome extension for debugging games used by QA team which automated and significantly reduced QA efforts. He built error handling modules, integrated BugSnag, and reduced error rate to zero. He also set up CI/CD pipelines on BitBucket/Gitlab/Jenkins for monorepo code architecture. Kenil completed his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Engineering from Nirma Institute of Technology. He possesses a strong tech stack that includes Software Engineering, Typescript, Backend, QA, CI/CD, Jenkins, and Web.
