Kenji Miwa is a highly skilled Frontend Developer with over 12 years of experience in the industry. He is currently on hiatus but was previously working at included health as a Frontend Developer. Kenji has worked with a variety of technologies including JavaScript, React, Ember, jQuery, lodash, Webpack, Node, Scala, Ruby, Python, RoR, HTML5, CSS3, Git, AWS, Heroku, highcharts, create-react-app, GraphQL, and Apollo-Client. Kenji has worked for several companies in the past, including LinkedIn and Quixey. At LinkedIn, he worked as a Senior Software Engineer, where he was responsible for rewriting an ads campaign manager in Ember. At Quixey, Kenji was a Web Developer and was involved in a variety of projects, including building a JS library to render "Deep View Cards" from the ground up, creating a web to native deeplink redirector to handle linking gracefully if the app is not installed, and setting up a build process for said JS library using Webpack and custom configs for different environments. He also integrated Jasmine test coverage with Sonar, worked a little bit with React Native, and implemented a Redux architecture for native app data flow. Kenji set up an automated deploy process to s3 using Jenkins and bash scripts. Kenji has a Full-stack development degree from dev bootcamp, an MA in Media Arts (Film) from Emerson College, and a BA in Chemistry from Franklin & Marshall College.
