Prior to Wayfair, Kenneth worked as a Software Engineer at Galvanize Inc., where he built and maintained monitoring systems for Hack Reactor NYC campus and led software engineering workshops on various topics. Kenneth is also the Founder and Principal of Polyak Productions, a company that creates and produces professional video and digital content for brands, non-profits, city agencies, and artists. He helps develop original ideas, drives creative direction from inception to delivery, and leads all aspects of technical and creative execution on high-end commercial and documentary video, photo, and digital productions. Some of his clients include the City of New York, the New York State Health Foundation, the American Heart Association, and the New York Foundation. Kenneth holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Modern Languages from Kenyon College and a Bilingual International Baccalaureate Diploma from the French American International School in San Francisco.
