Kenneth Tenny is a Product Manager at Gojek, a super app with over 20 products serving millions of customers across Transport & Logistics, Food & Shopping, Payments, Daily needs, Business, News & Entertainment. He is a part of the Driver Platform and is responsible for building apps used by millions of driver-partners every day. His primary focus is on the iOS Driver app, Driver communication, and Booking experience for drivers. Kenneth has 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Software Development, and DevOps, building customer-centric SaaS products at a B2B startup. He has launched and pivoted to new value chains, expanded the reach of existing value chains, and competed with companies like Microsoft and Oracle. Kenneth is also an Azure/ML Mentor at Udacity and mentors students for several tech nanodegrees, such as Machine Learning Engineer with Microsoft Azure. He has a background in tech and is passionate about helping students learn and grow in the field. Additionally, Kenneth has been a Community Organizer for the PM community at Product School, where he helps passionate Product people connect with experts in Product analysis and management. He has been contributing to various Product, Business, and Tech communities since late 2018, including The Product Folks, Women in Product, BizKnight Thoughtworks, ChennaiPy, ProductTank, and various other events at Amazon, PayPal, PickYourTrail. Kenneth was also one of the 12 YLAC Mobility Champions of Delhi, where he engaged with the pioneers in the sustainable mobility space to identify and solve the pain points of the cohort of women electric rickshaw drivers. This experience helped him connect with users/customers, which is analogous to citizens in policy-making, where the government acts like service providers, and citizens (as tax-payers) act like customers. Kenneth holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from IIIT and completed his All India Senior School Certificate Examination in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Computer Science from Delhi Public School. He has a tech stack that includes product management, ML, Azure, iOS, DevOps, and software engineering. With almost 5 years of relevant experience, Kenneth is a highly skilled and knowledgeable Product Manager who is passionate about technology and helping others learn and grow in the field.
