Kenny Kim is an accomplished Product Manager with a strong track record of success in the payment capabilities industry. Currently, he serves as a Product Manager at Tesla, where he has identified and developed KPIs for daily moderation, leading to a 28% reduction in fraud over four months. He has also launched five new policies or processes to reduce fraud, decrease chargebacks, increase dispute win rate, and increase revenue, which have resulted in an average revenue increase of $30,000+ month-to-month.
