Keshav Agarwal is a proactive and results-driven professional with over 4 years of experience in Operations Management, Project Coordination, PMO, and Quality Analysis. He is a Google Certified Project Management Professional who has implemented best practices across programs, building relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Keshav is competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, SharePoint, SAP BO, and R2D2. He possesses expertise in interpreting and analyzing data and successfully delivering high-level reports to all stakeholders. Currently working as an Associate Consultant at Capgemini, Keshav is responsible for providing support to various departments like HR, RMG, Account Teams, Staffing, and Finance. He caters to the Netherlands and Belgium regions and supports various activities such as creating Inter Statement of work (ISOW) and contracts, creating new project codes, allocating resources, assisting with issues related to time entry, bill rates, etc. Keshav liaises with Project Managers, Account Managers, Resources, and other supporting teams like HR team for having the resources onboarded at the client location. He also publishes many reports such as Account Overview (Missing Time), Practice Overview, Advance Time entry Macros, RMG Reports, etc. to the senior management. He coordinates with various teams for Clarity, GFS, and expense rejections and is responsible for optimizing the existing processes that are used within the team and providing leaner solutions. Keshav handles the Mobility related queries for the resources travelling to Netherlands & Belgium region especially the Seconded resources. He also liaises with Invoicing team (FSSC Team) to help them generate the invoices correctly to the client. Keshav completed his B.Tech (Hons.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NIT Jamshedpur in 2018 and his Intermediate from DAV Public School, Koyla Nagar, Dhanbad, Jharkhand, in 2014. He completed his schooling from Guru Gobind Singh Public School, Dhanbad, Jharkhand, in 2008.
