The developed application helped AMC engineers manage equipment reports and simplified the tracking of inventory grievances by automating the documentation of outbound, repairable, and replaceable receipts. This increased the rate of grievance resolutions for 60 scientists and 120 scientific, technical, and support staff to 90%.
