Keshav Bhojak is a highly skilled Bioinformatics Scientist and Data Scientist with over 5 years of relevant experience in the field. He holds a Master's degree in Computational Biology from IIIT Delhi and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from GCET. Keshav has worked on a variety of projects in the fields of Oncology, Immunology, and Nextflow, among others. He is proficient in NGS, Data Science, Docker, Snakemake, Software Development, Debugging, Database Development, Data Mining, and Machine Learning. Keshav has developed pipelines for Single Cell Sequencing and TCR Sequencing, and has worked on WGS, RNA-seq data, TCR, and ATAC-Seq. He has also analyzed Gene Expression Microarray data for Type 2 Diabetes and developed a web-enabled tool for gene expression analysis using R and Shiny web development library. He is highly skilled in programming languages and algorithms and has a strong background in Python for Data Science. Currently, Keshav is working as an Associate Scientist at Excelra, where he is responsible for conducting research and analysis on various projects. Prior to this, he worked as an Associate Bioinformatics Scientist-1 and Bioinformatics Analyst at MedGenome.
