Keshav Kumar is an innovative and entrepreneurially-driven High Impact Operations Research practice leader with over 9 years of experience in developing and applying descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics techniques on enterprise, unstructured, and IoT data. He specializes in solving complex problems while building and deploying SCM products and solutions on the lines of Industry 4.0 paradigm. With expertise in simulating real-world systems and their operational optimization, including concept development, architecture specification, prototype design, and complete system implementation, Keshav has delivered 8 products and designed and delivered 6 products from scratch for government, non-government clients, and in-house usage. Keshav's experience includes building SaaS, marketplace, and standalone products, and he has completed over 30 strategy and operations consulting projects for companies and governments across the globe, including 20+ projects in supply chain and logistics. Most of his projects and products involved advanced analytics and optimization. Currently, Keshav is the Director of Product and Data Science at Verdis, where he is building an Agile Supply Chain Decisioning Platform. As the Head of Product and Data Science, he is leading cross-functional teams of data scientists, OR scientists, software, and product professionals. He is responsible for driving business P&L and developing a cognitive AI self-learning platform that is adaptable to new scenarios and business constraints. The platform is an integrated supply chain solution that includes IPA, pre-game, game, and post-game analytics. Before joining Verdis, Keshav was the Logistics Practice Leader of the Strategy and Operations Consulting Practice at Deloitte India, where he executed several key projects, including a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) in Passenger Train Operations, Primary Outbound Freight Cost Optimization, International Air Travel Market Assessment Study and Survey for the Hyderabad Airport, and Preparation of National Rail Plan (NRP) for India. Keshav also founded Feasopt.ai, where he built and led cross-functional teams of software developers, operations research and analytics, sales, marketing, and operations. He was responsible for the P&L of the business and executed several key projects, including a Cognitive Transportation Solution, Logistics Aggregation, and Optimal Transportation Network Design & Optimization. Keshav holds an M.Tech degree in Industrial Engineering & Operation Research from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He has a diverse tech stack, including data scientist, research scientist, AI, product manager, senior software engineer, and infra.
