Ketak Bhatt is a Software Development Engineer at Amazon Spain Services SL with over 10 years of relevant experience. He is currently working as an Application Developer [Intern] at Bhaskaracharya Institute for Space Applications and Geo-informatics, where he is responsible for developing and maintaining Pragati, a GIS software that facilitates map-based decision support systems at the grassroots level. Previously, Ketak worked as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant, where he worked on the development of “MyPay,” an application that provides a featured way for more than 140,000 employees of Cognizant to deal with financial transactions like salary management, pay slip generation, and tax management. He also worked on the “Medical Bills” module, which enabled employees to upload medical bills to take advantage of allowances provided for medicinal expenditure by the government and automated the processing of lacs of records with vendors like Apollo Pharmacy. Ketak has also worked as a Software Developer at Oracle, where he designed tools to automate the territory tag assignment process using Oracle JET framework and developed a partner management tool. The partner management tool allowed the enrollment of plans by partners to engage with the company to provide leads, opportunities, or even sell products and services to customers. Ketak holds a B.Tech degree in Information Technology from Nirma University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and a High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates degree from Sarswati Vidhyamandir, Rajkot.
