Ketan Gupta is a seasoned product manager with over 12 years of experience in the field. Currently working at Booking.com as a Product Manager, Ketan is responsible for building global payouts and new products. He has created and driven a strategy to unblock high demand booked rooms by offering compelling upgrade offers to bookers, selling unsold premium rooms for partners, and reselling freed up rooms forming a flywheel. He managed the entire app development cycle using agile methodology and drove engineering to implement critical features like health feed, patient-doc chat, and video calls.
