Ketan Mujumdar is a highly experienced Director of Engineering at Carousell, currently responsible for nurturing and overseeing the delivery of all monetization teams. With over 13 years of relevant experience, Ketan has a proven track record of success in the field of software engineering. Prior to joining Carousell, Ketan served as a Sr. Manager (Product Engineering) at Mediacorp Pte Ltd, where he was an Agile influencer within the organization. He was responsible for coaching various teams, managing and maintaining single sign-on for 70 different websites, carrying out scrum meetings for bi-weekly sprints, and working and coordinating with offshore teams in India. Ketan also has hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, implementing integration and sanity tests for the SSO platform, and managing and communicating between multiple teams. He also has experience with integration tests written in Selenium. Before Mediacorp, Ketan served as a Release Manager/Scrum Master at Zalora Singapore, where he tracked, deployed, and integrated new releases in the environment with SCM (Software Configuration Management) and worked with other teams like project managers and change management to complete the releases. He also wrote CI infrastructure software for the Production Controller Development Team, enabling automated deployments, smoke and nightly system test loops. Ketan has also been involved in project management, implementation and integration, business continuity planning, risk assessment and mitigation, organizational change management, team staffing-integration, employee development and certification, and has developed high credibility with sponsors and stakeholders. Ketan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Engineering from RSCOE and a Diploma in Computer Technology from ESSP. He also completed his 10th grade from PES Modern High School. Ketan's technical skills include Senior Software Engineering, Integration, Test, Selenium, Azure, and Infra.
