Ketan Sethi is an experienced Automation QA with over 8 years of experience in Agile development. He is a Certified Selenium Engineer (CSE) and ISTQB® Agile and has expertise in test methodologies such as Agile-Scrum, SDLC, and STLC. Ketan has a strong technical background and is proficient in Java, Ruby, and Python. He has extensive experience in designing and developing various test frameworks from scratch, including Cucumber, Hybrid, Keyword, and Data-driven, using Selenium WebDriver. Ketan has automated Web, REST API/Microservices, and Mobile applications. He has Dockerized Test Automation Infrastructure like Selenium Grid and has experience in using test management tools such as JIRA, Rally, TFS, and Maestro. Ketan has also been involved in DB testing using Oracle 11g and Oracle SQL Developer. Currently, Ketan is working as a Senior Software Tester at Sapient, where he is responsible for estimating and developing Java-based test automation using ATDD/BDD tools. He is also participating in requirements gathering sessions with business to help define acceptance test criteria. Prior to Sapient, Ketan worked at CenturyLink as a Software Test Engineer, where he designed, wrote, and executed automated test suites. He also assisted in defining the automation framework and contributed to the overall automation strategy across the development function. Ketan has experience in improving the continuous integration pipeline, creating and managing automation environments, and coaching and supporting other team members. He has also worked at Aon as a Test Engineer. Ketan has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from GBTU, where he graduated in 2013.
