Currently, he is working as the Vice President of Quality Engineering at Marcus UK, where he is responsible for production releases and sign off on quality engineering. As a technical lead, he manages and mentors all SDETs and keeps in sync with all global teams for an update on quality and resources management. Ketan has extensive experience in creating test frameworks for application UI and API testing, and he is proficient in Rest Assured for API and Cypress, Selenium, and Telerik tools to automate GUI test cases. He has worked on application testing from application design to application release testing with complete responsibility for testing, including function tests, security tests, user acceptance tests, upgrade tests, localization tests, and system tests. He has also worked with Cigniti Technologies as a Senior Test Engineer, where he worked with the Concentrix development team for a CRM application for hospitals built on Microsoft Dynamic CRM. Ketan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from RGPV, and he has completed his higher secondary and high school certificate from government higher secondary school and Jai Shree Bal Vinay Mandir, respectively.
