Kevin Kantesaria is a seasoned software engineer with over 5 years of relevant experience in the field. He is currently working as a Software Engineer at Splunk, where he specializes in Kubernetes, AWS, and Golang. Kevin is a highly skilled professional who has worked with a range of cutting-edge technologies and tools throughout his career. Prior to joining Splunk, Kevin worked as a Software Engineer at Payscale, Inc., where he was responsible for creating a DevOps pipeline for Kubernetes services using Azure and Jenkins. He also maintained several Kubernetes clusters and provided support for developers. In addition, Kevin architected, developed, and maintained a REST microservice written in Python (FastApi) to allow services to communicate with Salesforce, allowing quick turnaround times for the Customer Success department and data unity between product databases and Salesforce. Kevin has extensive experience working with a variety of DevOps tools, such as BitBucket, Azure DevOps, Datadog, Jenkins, etc., to automate and monitor the entire CI/CD pipeline and deployed services. Before joining Payscale, Kevin worked as a Senior Associate Test Engineer at SAS, where he acted as the lead developer and architect for a testing framework using Python to automate testing of SAS/ACCESS to databases and SAS's Cloud Analytics Servers (CAS). He also co-authored a white paper on SAS/ACCESS to Salesforce (SAS3370-2019) and attended SAS Global Forum to represent the company, interact with customers, and provide technical insight in conversations about his whitepaper. Kevin holds a degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University, where he graduated in 2018. He also attended Green Hope High School from 2010 to 2014.
