Kevin Mellander is a Senior Management and IT professional with over 28 years of experience in driving Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and support for enterprise-class software solutions. He is currently working as a Technical Project Manager and Scrum Master at PlanSource, where he is responsible for developing and executing Enterprise Software strategies that drive results while effectively managing P&L's, cross-functional teams, vendors, and customer service levels to meet customer needs. Kevin has extensive experience leading highly visible, global projects in matrix environments. He is a skilled communicator who thrives on building relationships across organizations, including executive leaders of Fortune 100 companies as well as internal customers. Kevin has a proven track record of success in developing and executing CRM strategies that drive results. Prior to his current role, Kevin worked as an Electronic Data Interface Team Manager at PlanSource and as a Senior Manager, Enterprise Client Services at Ceridian. In these roles, he was responsible for managing cross-functional teams and ensuring that customer service levels were met. Kevin holds a Teaching Credential in Computer Education from the University of California and a Teaching Credential in Life Science and Chemistry from the University of California, Davis. He also has a B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Davis, and an A.S. in Science from West Valley College.
