Keyur Ashok Patel Ramoliyas is a growth mindset leader with over 6 years of progressive experience in Agile Project Management, Product Strategy, Product Management, SAAS product metrics, Enterprise Application Development, Software Release Management, and Stakeholder Management. He has a proven track record of building and scaling teams in parallel to leading strategic programs with cross-organizational impact. Keyur is a strong leader with influencing, problem solving, technical, and analytical skills. Currently, Keyur is working as a Technical Scrum Master and Delivery Manager at PwC, where he is leading the Distribution Management System project for Fidelity and Guaranty Life (FGL) using Majesco's technology. He collaborates with the product owner, development team, and other essential roles to identify risks and resolve ambiguities. Keyur facilitates daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective, and other ceremonies as required by the team. He also participates in program planning (PI) and scrum of scrum to ensure cross-team collaboration, coordination of release plans, report overall project status, and upcoming risks/dependencies. Keyur is well-versed with configuration management, version control systems, and build automation tools. He is actively involved in designing web services architecture and performed integration with other third-party systems. Keyur is also responsible for publishing agile metrics with velocity chart, sprint burndown, scrum board, and release burndown charts to improve transparency. He communicates status, risks, and barriers to relevant stakeholders and leadership. Keyur is a problem solver and has influenced best practices to the team. Keyur has previously worked as a Scrum Master & Project Coordinator at Tech Mahindra and a Management Consultant at Sears Holdings Corporation. He has a Master's degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from JNTU. Keyur is currently pursuing an Executive Education degree in Product Strategy from Northwestern University.
