Khang Vo is a seasoned entrepreneur and innovator with a passion for education technology. With over 10 years of experience in the field, he has developed a deep expertise in managing startups and developing advanced technology and innovative products. Currently, he is the Founder of ClassCom, an education technology startup that automates early detection and intervention of students at risk. Prior to founding ClassCom, Khang spent 9 years developing mobile and web applications, as well as conducting AI research. He grew his previous startup, Zappasoft, from a one-employee operation to a six-employee company with two distant offices. During this time, he worked with big customers, such as national sport organizations, and developed internal products with around 300,000 users in total. Khang's passion for education technology led him to found ClassCom, where he is building a communication platform as part of a Learning Management System's extension. This platform helps educators support students more effectively without any extra work from the educators themselves. The platform includes live support through chat, bookmarks, and FAQs to save educators' time, and analytics for leadership. In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Khang is currently a Sessional Instructor at the University of Melbourne. He also previously served as Managing Director at Flexidata Australia. Khang holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University, where he conducted research in AI.
