Khanij Kumar S G is a Lead Data Scientist at Kyndryl, with over 7 years of experience in the IT industry. He is an experienced Data Scientist and Software Engineer, skilled in Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Predictive Analytics, Business Intelligence, Database Design, ETL, SQL, and Software Development. He is certified in AWS and Azure Data Science/Machine Learning track. Khanij has a BE in Electronics and Communication from PESIT, Bangalore, and an MS in software systems from BITS, Pilani. He has also completed an executive education program on 'Business Analytics & Intelligence' from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB). As part of an IIMB academic project, he worked on training recommendations for the skilling ecosystem in India, which won the best project and best presentation and is currently being developed as a case study for publishing at IIMB and Harvard. Khanij's strengths include Statistics, Analytical Reasoning, Decision Making, Team management, and mentoring. He is passionate about teaching and takes time to teach in Rural schools. He is building an automatic visual quality inspection system for a manufacturing plant using Image Analytics. He also provides technical guidance and mentoring to junior Data Scientists on Customer Analytics in various areas like Customer sentiment, Churn, and Life Time value. Previously, Khanij has worked as a Senior Data Scientist at IBM, where he converted business problems into analytics solutions using Data Science Methodologies. He was the Lead Data Scientist in IT Analytics, Log Analytics, and Customer Analytics Domain. He has also worked as a Senior Technical Consultant, Marketing Analytics at Adobe, providing consulting advice and support to clients on Marketing Analytics, for implementing Adobe Campaign solution and any technical advisory required afterward.
