Khushal Agarwal is a Software Engineer at Stream, responsible for scaling the Chat and Video infrastructure and improving user experiences on the front-end. He is a Computer Science graduate from Manipal University Jaipur and has worked as a Student Developer under Google Summer of Code for the Organization React Native Elements. Khushal is a Front-end developer with expertise in React, React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript, and other related front-end tools and technologies. He has knowledge of Operating Systems, Computer networks, Linux, DSA, Cloud Computing, and Infrastructure services. Khushal has worked as a Software Developer Intern in some of the best organizations such as FarziEngineer, where he worked on several projects. He has managed and made projects for 6+ clients both Indian and overseas. Some of them are Letarez (Germany), and MboaFoods (Cameroon). He has worked on projects that are reliable, maintainable, and have a scalable interface at the Backend and Frontend. Khushal is fond of and has contributed to several Open-source projects like React Native Elements and Mantine, etc. As a developer at Stream, Khushal works on simplifying how applications are built. He engages in software design, research, and coding. He writes documentation for the libraries and interacts with customers through GitHub by responding to issues and reviewing pull requests. In addition to feature additions and maintenance, he involves in taking ownership of developer relations for the React Native SDKs and other front-end SDKs. Khushal's responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing existing React Native and other Frontend SDKs, working across multiple teams to provide technical insight on product and feature development, collaborating with backend teams to ensure feature parity across SDKs, pivoting, jumping in, and assisting in the development/maintenance of other SDKs. He also assists customers with implementation, responds to GitHub issues, and reviews open-source contributions. Khushal has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Manipal University Jaipur. He has completed his CBSE Class 12th from Sarada Vidya Mandir, Raiganj, and his ICSE Class 10th from St. Xavier's School, Raiganj. He is a quick learner, problem solver, product manager, and manages client relations. His tech stack includes React Native, Software Engineering, Frontend, JavaScript, AWS, Backend, Infra, TypeScript, MongoDB, product manager, Research Scientist, Integration, GCP, and Web
