Khushboo Gupta is a seasoned Product Manager with over 7 years of experience in the industry. She is currently working at GoJek, where she is responsible for driving product strategy and growth. Prior to this, she has worked at Myntra and Swiggy, where she gained valuable experience in growth hacking and product development. Apart from her corporate experience, Khushboo is also an entrepreneur at heart. She founded Pamprbox, a subscription-based delivery startup that delivers all-in-one care packages to alleviate period discomfort. She identified the opportunity and conceptualized the Pamprbox idea, did market research and focus group interviews with 500 potential customers for concept testing, and identified the pain points. Further, she clubbed the correlated pain points and classified them into fewer problem categories. For every problem category, she shortlisted 2-4 plausible solutions and did a conjoint study to identify the best-received solution and willingness to pay for a problem category. She categorized the audience into two major personas based on preferences, age, and spending capacity and created a minimum viable product and ran the pilot for 3 months. Khushboo holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and is currently pursuing an ISB Product Management Certification, which she is expected to complete in February 2022. She is a tech-savvy individual with experience in product management, testing, and research.
