With over 1.68 years of relevant experience, she has a proven track record of driving product success by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Khushbu's professional journey began as a part-time marketing manager in a construction firm while working on her patent, a footwear product that works on the principles of pneumatics. She then went on to become the Director of Business Development at Spearhead Solutions, a marketing agency, where she excelled in lead generation, client acquisition, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure. Later, Khushbu worked as a Product and Business Lead at Remfall Healthcare, where she designed and executed a disruptive Go-To-Market strategy for a B2B SaaS product. Khushbu holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jain University and an MBA in Marketing from NMIMS, Mumbai. She is also a sports enthusiast and has won several tournaments in Roll Ball, Boxing, and Football. As the Captain of the University Girl's Football team, Khushbu has honed her leadership skills and developed a competitive spirit.
