Kimberly Johnson is a highly experienced Engineering Leader turned Career Coach with a passion for helping technologists find a career path and job opportunities that align with their unique skills and values. She is the Founder and Career Coach at Kiminy's Career Coaching, where she helps people navigate career and job changes, prepare for interviews, and find happiness at work. Kimberly has a diverse background, having worked in various industries, including technology, sports, and entertainment. She has held several leadership positions, including Interim Head of Digital Product at ATA Football and Owner of Kiminy's Crickets. At Kiminy's Crickets, she built and managed eight teams consisting of 60 Software Engineers, Test Engineers, QA Specialists, Project Managers, and Engineering Managers. She was responsible for product development across all of fuboTV's native client applications, including Web, Android, AndroidTV, FireTV, iOS, AppleTV, Roku, Xbox, and Samsung, LG, and HiSense Smart TVs. She introduced Stay Interviews, 360° Feedback, a Week in Review to encourage innovation and celebrate accomplishments, and Team Jam Session (a collaborative Hackathon). She also created instructional workshops, including Everything is a Feedback Loop, Giving Feedback, Delivery (Ship It!), Decision-Making and Prioritization, Conducting Stay Interviews, and Coaching 101. Kimberly is a lifelong learner and has a strong educational background. She holds an MS in Computer Science from Stony Brook University and an MS in Career Coaching from New York University. She also has a BS in Computer Science and Linguistics from Stony Brook University. Her technical skills include test, QA, Android, iOS, and Web. With 1.27 years of relevant experience, Kimberly is a seasoned Career Coach with a proven track record of helping technologists find their dream jobs.
