Kinjal Munot is a solution-oriented software engineer with over 4 years of relevant experience in driving system architecture decisions and leading projects from concept through the release process. She is a continual self-learner and a good team player who loves to accept challenges and take risks. Currently working as an Engineer at Fractal, Kinjal specializes in Cloud and Data Technology. In her previous role at TSS Consultancy, Kinjal led, architected, and participated in the design, development, testing, and deployment of microservice-based web applications. She collaborated with 200+ employees of the organization in transforming the development process by adopting Agile Scrum & Kanban frameworks, which led to a significant improvement in the lead time. Kinjal also mentored 25+ engineers to realize their true potential, leveraging back-end technologies. She has also screened and interviewed engineering candidates. Kinjal's education background includes a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Engineering from NMIMS and a Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Science from Kishinchand Chellaram College of Arts Commerce and Science. She completed her ICSE from HVB Academy. Apart from coding, Kinjal enjoys traveling and networking.
