Kiran Bhaskar is a skilled Test Specialist with over 10 years of experience in test automation using Java-Selenium Web Driver for automating web applications. He has developed Data Driven Framework and BDD-Cucumber Framework for Web Automation Testing (TestNG) and has experience in REST Assured API Automation using Java. Kiran also has knowledge on Version Control tool (Git and Bit Bucket) and Continuous Integration tool (Jenkins). He has experience with all levels of testing including Sanity, Usability, Smoke, Functional, Integration, Regression and User Acceptance Testing. Kiran has worked on Agile Methodology and is proactive in knowledge acquisition/sharing to help in problem resolution. Currently working at IBM as a Test Specialist, Kiran has previously worked at TCS as an Assistant Consultant where he estimated the testing requirements, led the team effectively, solved issues within or across teams for better productivity, designed and developed the web/API automation framework (BDD, REST Assured), and reviewed and analyzed manual test cases for automation feasibility. He has also worked at Aurigo Software Technologies as a Senior Software Developer - Test where he estimated the testing requirements, developed test plans, test approach, test procedures based on the test strategy with Time Schedules, led the team effectively, solved issues within or across teams for better productivity, designed and developed the web/ API automation framework - Data Driven(POM), BDD, REST Assured, and developed manual scenarios/test cases for the requirements. Kiran has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University and completed his PUC from Sri Kumaran Children’s Home Composite Junior College.
