He is dedicated to eliminating borders for buyers and sellers, facilitating Amazon's expansion into a rapidly growing list of countries, and creating new logistical benchmarks and "firsts" through disruptive innovation. Before joining Amazon, Kiran held senior engineering and leadership roles at Acko and Tila, where he led the Consumer Experience team and headed the team based out of Bangalore for a Middle East-based e-commerce establishment under stealth mode, respectively. Kiran built the entire India team from scratch and helped translate the CEO's vision into a working model by putting the right technologies and the right set of people in place. He also partnered with global giants like Adobe and Oracle for a multitude of their products, integrating Oracle products like Oracle Service Cloud for customer support, financials, Logfire, procurement, ERP, etc., into the ecosystem. Kiran holds a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from BITS and has completed his Intermediate education from Sri Chaitanya Junior College. He also attended Defense Laboratories School. Kiran's technical expertise includes software engineering, backend development, QA, Android, iOS, microservices, DevOps, mobile, and UI.
