Kiran Diwakar is a highly driven and self-motivated individual with over 19 years of experience in the design and implementation of enterprise management technologies and solutions. He has 18 patents with the USPTO, is ITIL v3 certified, Pragmatic Marketing Certified, and a trained trainer. Kiran has the unique ability to understand business problems and create solutions that increase customer satisfaction and business growth. He enjoys jumping into problem situations and coming out successful from them. Kiran is part of the Council for Technical Excellence (CTE) within CA Technologies, a body of top <1% technical staff, chartered with mentoring and developing future technical leaders & providing expertise and perspective to executive management. He has received multiple awards and recognition for innovation, going beyond the call of duty, and more. Kiran is also nominated and part of the Patent Review Board reviewing patent applications coming in for different areas including virtualization, mainframes, cloud, security, and other areas. Currently, Kiran is responsible for the overall strategy, life-cycle management, business and roadmap for enterprise class management products in the Infrastructure Management, Application Performance Management & Analytics space, generating hundreds of million USD revenue annually. He is the Vice President of Product Management & Principal (Partner) at zs associates, where he is heading Product Management, Strategy, and Roadmap for the innovative new platform ZAIDYN that ZS has brought to the market. He is driving leadership in the software group and leading product planning and execution across the platform. Kiran is also responsible for evangelism of the platform internally and externally. Kiran has worked in senior leadership roles in zs associates and CA Technologies in the past, leading and working with phenomenal teams of product managers, product owners, and engineering services architects responsible for the product management, strategy, and business functions for Infrastructure Management, Application Performance Management & Analytics. He has helped drive the SaaS Initiatives with the business unit to tap into an under-served segment of customers. Kiran has also led the Product Management Excellence program, helping upskill the product management skill-set in the company. He is a regular speaker and panelist at Product Leadership programs and events. Kiran has a Master's degree in Information Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from COEP Technological University.
