Kiran Javvaji is a Technical Lead at Sharechat and a passionate game developer and mentor with over 6 years of relevant experience. He pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the renowned IIIT-Hyderabad, where he learned Unity 3D and started developing games. During his internship at iB Hubs, he worked on various proofs-of-concept and became proficient in Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technologies (Metaverse). Later, he joined ProYuga, specializing in XR technologies/Metaverse, where he developed a Virtual Reality game called iB Cricket, which has received very high ratings on Steam and Oculus Store, with over 10,000 recommendations. At Sharechat, Kiran established the game development process and developed real-money games for Jeet11 (Rummy and Ludo), contributing to the growth of the user base from 0 to lakhs and a 3x increase in GMV. He is now actively developing games for Sharechat's 250 million monthly active users using Unity 3D and continually improving his skills in Unreal Engine. Apart from his full-time job, Kiran has mentored over 2,000 students and recent graduates in programming languages like C Programming, Python, and career development, and they have all secured great jobs and advanced in their careers. He has built expertise in various technologies like Unity 3D, Multiplayer Games, Photon PUN, MQTT, C# (C Sharp), and Python. Kiran is a Senior Software Engineer with experience in Mobile, Python, Research Scientist, Web3, and Backend.
